This is a great lake house...it's light and bright and very cute. It's just a little 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH cottage (600 sq. ft.) on the lake with a TON of charm. You will feel relaxed in this lake home which is situated in a nice residential area and a no-wake cove. This house is just minutes away from Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam via the Community Bridge (6 miles). In the cove there are boat, jet ski, and pontoon rentals, and a gas dock. There is also a no-fee State boat park ramp less than a mile away. Boat trailer parking is available.

Both Bedrooms have full size beds and a futon in the living room. Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons.
The newly updated full bath has a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen has a an apartment sized electric stove, refrigerator and the adjoining dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4.
This house is eight properties away from our three bedroom Bill & Ruby's House and directly across the cove from Sparkling Waters, our other 3 bedroom house if you need additional accomodations.
This location is in a nice residential setting with nice neighbors that are also "weekenders" so they love the lake and all it has to offer. You will enjoy exploring the cove in the canoe and fishing off the dock or just hanging out here.
