This 1220 square foot lake-front home is located in Davey Cove at the 11.5 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. You can enjoy calm water for mooring your boat in the covered boat slip or for paddling around in the paddleboat that comes with this house. For outdoor spaces we have a large upper deck off the sunroom and a covered patio below so it is possible to enjoy the outdoors in any kind of weather. Our Outdoor Kitchen features a top-of-the-line Stainless Steel charcoal grill in a covered location with downlights, tile countertop, and a ceiling fan. It is convenient to the lakefront so even when you are grilling up a storm you can be right in the middle of all of the action.

This home provides guests with a neighborhood retreat with over 80’ of lakefront, excellent fishing off the dock and it's situated on a gentle sloping lake lot with a great view of the open cove. The floor plan has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Four bedrooms, three with queen size beds, one with bunk beds and a futon in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 10 (8 adult maximum + 2 children 13 and under). Additional sleeping accomodation available at our other 2 and 3 bedroom homes in this cove.

Restaurants, convenience stores, free boat ramp, gas dock, and boat and jet ski rentals are located less than a mile away. No Pets and no smoking allowed inside this home.
